Data privacy is of high importance for DOC Servizi Soc. Coop.  and we want to be open and transparent with our processing of your personal data.

The legal ground for processing

We may collect information through automated tracking mechanisms and technology to make our Site more interesting and useful to you and for various purposes related to our business. We collect personal data from the users of the website on the basis of the controller’s interest under Article 6, par. 1, lett. f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – (GDPR) in order to provide entry to content and services provided from the website.

3.1.c Retention of Data

Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of processing has been achieved unless the law prevents us to do so. The processing of data is necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, the user has no way of objection.

3.2. Newsletter

3.2.a Use of personal information

On our web site you can subscribe to our free newsletter. the newsletter informs you about the new initiatives planned and about all the activities from screenings to workshops that the Future Film Festival organizes or promotes.  We only need your email to subscribe to our service. If you don’t like we use your information, please do not enter them.

3.2.b Legal Basis for Processing Personal Information

The processing of your personal data is based on your consent when you agree to direct marketing(art. 6 par. 1, lett. a) GDPR).

If you subscribed to our newsletter, you gave this consent: “I consent to the processing of my personal data for the newsletter service after reading the specific policy and theprivacy policy (Not mandatory if you want to delete submission)”. You can withdraw your consent to receiving marketing communications, including newsletters, without any motivation, by opting out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our marketing messages.

3.2.c Retention of Data

We will keep your data for direct marketing until you withdraw your consent. Your email address will be deleted after you cancel your subscription. Further retention could happen only if required by law in individual cases.

3.2.d Recipients

SendinBlue is an online marketing platform operated by Sendinblue SAS , a company headquartered in Paris France.

The legal basis for processing personal information of EU Citizens is consent.

3.2.e International Transfers

 

SendinBlue states to take appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information. Transfer to third parties

Data that is forwarded to third parties is only used to provide you with the service mentioned above, to technical suppliers for management of the service.

–  Right of access – Article 15 GDPR

The right of access grants the data subject comprehensive insight into the data concerning them and into other important criteria, such as the purposes of the processing or the period for which the data shall be stored.

–  Right to rectification – Article 16 GDPR

The right to rectification implies the possibility for the data subject to have inaccurate personal data concerning the subject rectified.

–  Right to erasure – Article 17 GDPR

The right to erasure entails the possibility for the data subjects to have data erased at the controller. This is, however, only possible if the data concerning them are no longer necessary, if they have been unlawfully processed, or a corresponding consent has been withdrawn.

–  Right to restriction of processing – Article 18 GDPR

The right to restriction of processing includes the possibility for the data subject to prevent for the time being any further processing of personal data concerning them. A restriction mainly occurs at the stage of examining other exercises of rights by the data subject.

–  Right to data portability – Article 20 GDPR

The right to data portability implies the right for the data subject to receive from the controller the personal data concerning them in a commonly used, machine-readable format in order to have them, if necessary, transferred to another controller. In accordance with Art. 20 para. 3 sentence 2 of the GDPR, that right is not available if the data processing serves the purpose of performing public tasks.

– Right to lodge a complaint

If a data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to them infringes the Regulation, they have the right to lodge a complaint pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation.

 

6  Right to object – Article 21 GDPR

The right to object includes the possibility for data subjects to object, in a particular situation, to the further processing of their personal data as far as this processing is justified by the performance of public tasks or of public and private interests.

That said, once we receive your transmission, we have technical and organizational measures in place to help protect your data from loss, manipulation, unauthorised access, etc. We continually adapt our security measures in line with technological progress and developments. We protect your data using encryption using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is a function that encrypts all information sent between you and us.

We use social media platforms in order to promote the events, new store openings. Each social media platform has own Privacy policy and processes your personal data on legal basis.

Facebook and Instagram

When you visit the Facebook page or the Instagram profile of DOC Servizi Soc. Coop. , Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA) recognises your profile and makes direct connection between your device and your Facebook or Instagram profile, and receives information about the visit of your IP Address. We have access to anonymised statistics on the actions that are being taken on our Facebook or Instagram page, that we cannot link to a special profile in no way.
